Marist Women Tip Off ’09 Season on a High Note

The Marist College women’s basketball team enters this season’s Sunday opener as a bona fide regional powerhouse. The reigning five-time Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference champions have made the national NCAA tournament three straight years, and have a record of 139-50 during the six-year tenure of head coach Brian Giorgis.
