Planning Continues for Psychiatric Center Project
Site would include housing, business space
CPC Resources, developers of the former Hudson River Psychiatric Center campus off Route 9, are expected to submit formal plans sometime this week to the Town of Poughkeepsie for the construction of 750 housing units, divided between single, multi-person use and townhouses, and 350,000 square feet of commercial space.
