Prism Solar signs on for manufacturing

It is not yet the Holy Grail of economic development, but perhaps it’s a start. This week, after a year of hard work, The Solar Energy Consortium (TSEC) announced its first contract with a company that will manufacture solar power products, hopefully from a facility customized for its needs at TechCity in Ulster County.
