To the Editor:
I like the fact that many government officials are concerned with pollution. Although officials are the main polluters, at least they recognize it. Instead of officials using their own car to go to meetings, they should carpool. The government should also provide each neighborhood with buses that pick students up and drop students off instead of having students drive and cause unnecessary pollution. The Earth needs to be saved by activists and not hypocrites.
